Join us on a private tour of the American Museum of Natural History with our very own JQY Alum, Tova Frank. Registration coming soon.
We will have an hour-long walking tour of the Museum’s highlights, and then go behind the scenes for an hour to some non-public spaces where we will interact with museum collection specimens as well as meet some live animals.
Tova Frank (they/them) is an educator at the American Museum of Natural History, teaching science classes to students as young as 2 years old up to 5th grade. They utilize their interdisciplinary background in Theater and Environmental Science to make sure every class is as entertaining for the adults as it is for the students! As a former longtime attendee of the JQY Teen Drop-in Program and now a proud queer Orthodox adult, Tova is passionate about making space for everyone to embrace their complex identities, both in the classroom and beyond.
