This event is for parents of and professionals who work with LGBTQ youth (ages 13-23) from Orthodox communities. Professionals who may be interested include teachers, therapists, rabbis, youth group leaders, school guidance counselors, and people in other relevant professional or communal roles.
Environments matter. Supportive environments are one of the strongest protective factors for LGBTQ youth against depression, suicidal behaviors, and other mental health difficulties. By partnering with JQY staff, you’re investing in youth mental health, resilience, and sense of belonging — both at home and in their community.
