JQY RAFFLE – OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase or donation necessary to enter or win.
1. Sponsor: This promotion is sponsored by JQY, INC., located at 1460 Broadway, New York, NY 10036.
2. Eligibility: Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and residents of the United States. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted beginning March 16, 2026 and ending at 5:00 PM Eastern Time on March 30, 2026.
4. How to Enter: a. Entry via Donation Participants may enter by making a donation at jqy.org/raffle. Each $10 donation equals one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted. b. Alternate Method of Entry (No Donation Required) To enter without making a donation, fill out the alternate entry form. Limit one (1) free entry per person via this method. All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period.
5. Prizes: Prizes include a cruise for two (approximate retail value up to $1,000) and additional prizes as described on jqy.org/raffle. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email shortly after the drawing. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable time, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Taxes: Winners are responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use.
9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
10. Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless JQY and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
