About Shtultz

Shtultz…the Yiddish word for pride!

Shtultz aims to reach and support LGBTQ+ youth from Chassidish and Yeshivish homes. We do this through community lead outreach by arming our Shtultz volunteers with flyers, bookmarks, and stickers to strategically place around Chassidish and Yeshivish communities. These materials use specific language and competencies from these communities. Shtultz also calls upon our volunteers to share insider community information that can be used to better reach LGBTQ+ youth from their own orthodox communities.
